개인정보 처리방침 · Privacy Policy

스킨큐어㈜(이하 “회사”)는 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 정보주체의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리할 수 있도록 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다. 이 방침은 StemCello Revitalizing™ 웹사이트(이하 “사이트”)에 적용됩니다. 사이트의 Shop 메뉴로 연결되는 외부 쇼핑몰에는 해당 쇼핑몰의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.

제1조 (개인정보의 처리 목적)

회사는 다음 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리하며, 이 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용하지 않습니다. 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행합니다.

• Q&A 문의 접수, 사실 확인, 답변 및 처리 결과 통보

제2조 (처리하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법)

• 필수 항목: 이름, 이메일 주소, 문의 분야, 문의 내용
• 수집 방법: 사이트의 Q&A 양식에 정보주체가 직접 입력
• 자동 생성 정보: 사이트 이용 과정에서 접속 IP 주소, 접속 일시, 브라우저 정보 등이 서버 접속 기록으로 생성될 수 있으며, 이는 보안 및 장애 대응 목적으로만 이용됩니다.

제3조 (개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간)

• Q&A 문의 정보: 답변 완료 후 1년간 보유한 뒤 지체 없이 파기합니다. 정보주체가 삭제를 요청하는 경우 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 서버 접속 기록: 생성일로부터 최대 1년
• 다만, 관계 법령에 따라 보존할 필요가 있는 경우에는 해당 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 보관합니다.

제4조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)

회사는 정보주체의 개인정보를 제1조의 목적 범위 내에서만 처리하며, 정보주체의 동의 또는 법률의 특별한 규정 등 「개인정보 보호법」 제17조 및 제18조에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

제5조 (개인정보 처리업무의 위탁)

회사는 원활한 웹사이트 운영을 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.

회사는 「개인정보 보호법」 제26조에 따라 위탁업무 수행 목적 외 개인정보 처리 금지, 안전성 확보 조치, 재위탁 제한, 수탁자에 대한 관리·감독 등에 관한 사항을 계약 등 문서로 정하고, 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하는지 감독합니다. 위탁 업무의 내용이나 수탁자가 변경되는 경우에는 본 처리방침을 통하여 지체 없이 공개합니다.

제6조 (개인정보의 국외 이전)

회사는 제5조의 위탁 업무 수행을 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보를 국외로 이전(보관)하고 있으며, 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8 제1항 제3호에 따라 이를 본 처리방침으로 공개합니다.

• 이전받는 자(연락처): Netlify, Inc. (privacy@netlify.com)
• 이전되는 국가: 미국 등 Netlify가 이용하는 클라우드 데이터센터 소재 국가
• 이전 일시 및 방법: 사이트 접속 및 Q&A 양식 제출 시 정보통신망을 통하여 전송
• 이전 항목: 이름, 이메일 주소, 문의 분야, 문의 내용, 접속 기록(IP 주소, 접속 일시, 브라우저 정보 등)
• 이전 목적 및 보유·이용 기간: 제5조의 위탁 업무 수행, 제3조의 보유 기간 또는 위탁계약 종료 시까지
• 거부 방법 및 효과: Q&A 양식을 이용하지 않으시면 문의 정보는 국외로 이전되지 않으며, 이 경우 이메일(info@skincure.co.kr)로 직접 문의하실 수 있습니다. 다만 접속 기록은 웹사이트 제공에 필수적이므로 사이트를 이용하는 경우 이전이 불가피합니다.

제7조 (개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법)

• 파기 절차: 보유 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 파기 방법: 전자적 파일은 복구 또는 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법으로 삭제하며, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.

제8조 (정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법)

• 정보주체는 회사에 대하여 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지 요구 및 동의 철회 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
• 권리 행사는 서면 또는 전자우편(info@skincure.co.kr)으로 할 수 있으며, 회사는 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 조치합니다.
• 권리 행사는 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통하여도 할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 위임장을 제출하여야 합니다.
• 다른 법령에서 그 개인정보가 수집 대상으로 명시되어 있는 경우 등에는 삭제 또는 처리정지 요구가 제한될 수 있습니다.

제9조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치)

• 관리적 조치: 내부관리계획 수립·시행, 개인정보 취급 직원의 최소화 및 정기 교육
• 기술적 조치: 개인정보 처리시스템 접근권한 관리, 보안 연결(HTTPS)을 통한 전송 구간 암호화, 보안 프로그램 설치 및 갱신
• 물리적 조치: 개인정보 보관 장소 및 전산 설비에 대한 출입 통제

제10조 (쿠키 등 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부)

회사는 현재 사이트에서 이용자 식별이나 행태 분석을 위한 쿠키 및 웹 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다. 향후 이를 도입하는 경우에는 사용 목적과 거부 방법을 본 처리방침에 공개합니다. 다만, 이용자가 사이트 상단의 언어 선택 메뉴에서 영어 이외의 언어를 선택하는 경우에는 선택한 언어를 기억하기 위한 쿠키(googtrans)가 이용자의 브라우저에 저장되고, 번역을 위하여 Google LLC(미국)의 웹사이트 번역 서비스가 호출됩니다. 이때 페이지 내용과 접속 정보(IP 주소, 브라우저 정보 등)가 Google에 전송될 수 있으며, 이에 대해서는 Google의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 언어 선택 메뉴를 사용하지 않거나 English를 선택하면 이러한 처리는 발생하지 않습니다. 이용자는 웹 브라우저 설정을 통하여 쿠키 저장을 거부할 수 있습니다.

제11조 (만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보)

회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

제12조 (개인정보 보호책임자)

회사는 개인정보 처리에 관한 업무를 총괄하고 관련 불만 처리 및 피해 구제를 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 보호책임자를 지정하고 있습니다.

제14조 (개인정보 처리방침의 변경)

이 개인정보 처리방침의 내용이 추가·삭제 또는 변경되는 경우에는 시행일 7일 전부터 사이트를 통하여 공지합니다. 다만, 정보주체의 권리에 중요한 변경이 있는 경우에는 30일 전부터 공지합니다.

SkinCure, Inc. (the “Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related complaints promptly. This Policy applies to the StemCello Revitalizing™ website (the “Site”). The external online store reached through the Site’s Shop menu is governed by that store’s own privacy policy. If there is any discrepancy, the Korean text prevails.

1. Purpose of processing

The Company processes personal information only to receive Q&A inquiries, verify facts, reply and notify results. If the purpose changes, the Company will take the necessary measures, including obtaining separate consent under Article 18 of the Act.

2. Items collected and method

• Required items: name, email address, inquiry topic, inquiry content
• Method: entered directly by the data subject in the Site’s Q&A form
• Automatically generated information: server access logs such as IP address, access time and browser information may be generated while using the Site, and are used only for security and troubleshooting.

3. Retention period

• Q&A inquiry information: kept for one year after the reply is completed and then deleted without delay, or deleted promptly upon the data subject’s request.
• Server access logs: up to one year from creation.
• Where other laws require retention, information is kept for the period those laws specify.

4. Provision to third parties

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except as permitted under Articles 17 and 18 of the Act, such as with the data subject’s consent or under special provisions of law.

5. Outsourcing of processing

The Company outsources the processing of personal information as follows for the smooth operation of the Site.

In accordance with Article 26 of the Act, the Company sets out in writing the prohibition of processing beyond the outsourced purpose, security measures, restrictions on re-outsourcing and the processor’s responsibilities, and supervises the processor. Any change in the outsourced work or processor will be disclosed in this Policy without delay.

6. Transfer abroad

To perform the outsourced work in Section 5, the Company transfers (stores) personal information abroad as follows, disclosed in this Policy pursuant to Article 28-8(1)(3) of the Act.

• Recipient (contact): Netlify, Inc. (privacy@netlify.com)
• Countries: the United States and other countries where the cloud data centers used by Netlify are located
• Time and method: transmitted over the network when the Site is accessed and when the Q&A form is submitted
• Items: name, email address, inquiry topic, inquiry content, access logs (IP address, access time, browser information, etc.)
• Purpose and retention: performance of the outsourced work in Section 5, until the retention period in Section 3 ends or the outsourcing contract terminates
• How to refuse: if you do not use the Q&A form, your inquiry information is not transferred abroad, and you may contact us directly at info@skincure.co.kr. Access logs are necessary to provide the Site and are transferred whenever the Site is used.

7. Destruction procedure and method

Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay. Electronic files are deleted by technical means that prevent recovery, and paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

8. Rights of data subjects and how to exercise them

Data subjects may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information, and may withdraw consent, in writing or by email to info@skincure.co.kr. The Company will act within 10 days of receipt. Rights may also be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent with a power of attorney. Deletion or suspension may be restricted where other laws specify the information as subject to collection.

9. Security measures

Administrative measures (internal management plan, minimizing and training staff who handle personal information); technical measures (access control for processing systems, encryption in transit via HTTPS, installation and updating of security software); and physical measures (access control to storage locations and computer facilities).

10. Cookies

The Site currently does not use cookies or web analytics tools to identify users or analyze their behavior. If such tools are introduced, their purpose and how to refuse them will be disclosed in this Policy. However, if a user selects a language other than English in the language menu at the top of the Site, a cookie (googtrans) is stored in the user’s browser to remember the selected language, and the website translation service of Google LLC (USA) is called to translate the page. In this case, page content and connection information (IP address, browser information, etc.) may be sent to Google and are governed by Google’s privacy policy. No such processing occurs if the language menu is not used or English is selected. Users can refuse cookies through their web browser settings.

11. Children under 14

The Company does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14.

Data subjects may apply to the following agencies for dispute resolution or consultation regarding infringement of personal information.

14. Changes to this Policy

Any additions, deletions or changes to this Policy will be announced on the Site at least 7 days before they take effect, or at least 30 days before for changes that materially affect data subjects’ rights.
